This handcrafted sourdough baguette is made by an artisan baker using traditional techniques. It features a crisp, golden crust and a soft, airy interior with a tangy, complex flavor imparted by the naturally fermented sourdough starter. The dough is carefully mixed and hand-shaped before being baked to perfection in a conventional oven.
