These terms apply when you use agnellosmkt.com or order from agnello's mkt ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.
Orders
- When you place an order, you're offering to buy the items in your cart for pickup on the date you chose. The order is accepted once we send your confirmation email.
- We bake in small batches. If we can't fill an order, we'll contact you to move it to another date or refund it in full.
- We can limit quantities or refuse an order, for example when a pickup date is full or an order looks fraudulent.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any options you choose, such as slicing. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. We do our best to keep prices and descriptions accurate, and we'll correct any errors we find. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before going ahead.
Pickup
All orders are picked up at agnello's cafe, 657 E Bay Ave Unit 2, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Pickup dates, prep times and holiday closures are explained in our pickup policy.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Our subscription policy explains billing, skipping and cancelling.
Cancellations and refunds
Our refund policy explains when you can cancel and what we do if something is wrong with an order.
Allergens and ingredients
Our bread is made in a kitchen that handles wheat and other common allergens, so we can't guarantee any product is free from them. Products described as low-gluten are not gluten-free and aren't suitable for people with celiac disease. If you have a food allergy, ask us about ingredients before ordering.
Reviews and messages
If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it's your own and honest, and you let us display it on our site and social channels. We may remove content that's offensive, misleading or off-topic.
Our content
The text, photos and logos on this site belong to agnello's mkt or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
